    Pattern-Books for Laminat

With the "PP 60" system, it is possible for the first time to make leaf- through pattern books for lLaminat and parquet flooring. The funktion of the "PP 60" has already been described. Elements of diferent widths latch into place and can always be swung through 108°. The catches which otherwise hold the pattern cards in place, have a different function with laminat or parquet flooring. Here, they hold an adapter in a fix position. (Fig.1)

This adapter is the connection piece between the wood and the "PP 60" system. It is made of an extremely hard-wearing plastic. In the "system end", there is a perforated section for the two catches of the "PP 60" element and at the "wood end" there are two specially formed dowels. In the simplest case, two size 5 holes, 35mm deep, are drilled intothe ends of the laminat or parquet patterns. The dowel end of the adapter is pressed into these holes and the other end latched into the "PP 60" element. (Fig.2+3)

Inside mouting of PP 60 elements is also possible with Thicknesses of 10 - 12 mm. (Fig. 2)

As an alternative, a cut-on can be made in the end of the pattern into witch the PP 60 element can be inserted. (Fig.1) 

All three versions can be turned like a page through a full 180° and also fitted with covers on the front or back. The patterns should not be thinner than 7 - 8 mm. The upper limit is 24 mm. This corresponds with outher dimensions of the narrowest or widest PP 60 element. On request, we would be pleased to supply a drilling and milling unit with which all of the portrayed versions can be manufactured.
